SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Obviously I’m not going to leave you to muddle through the winter puddles on your own, so Introducing Small Group Training!
Small Group Training is going to teach you how to Move better, control your movement patterns and strengthen your muscles so that when summer rolls around again you are primed and ready to hit the ground running, literally!
How does it work??
You’ll get 1 or 2, 40min sessions per week
Session Times are: WEDNESDAYS – 6pm
FRIDAYS – 6pm
Location: Tiki Street – Garage Studio. Member Limit: 6 people per session (8 at an absolute maximum!)
TERM: 10 weeks – 1st May – 5th July (aligns with school term, you are welcome!)
Now, let's talk investment.
Choose your vibe: 2 sessions per week for $40, or 1 session for $25.
Commit to the full 10 weeks, and watch those gains skyrocket!
Options for casual sessions are available for $30 a session (based on availability, of course!).
But here's the real deal: Small Group Training isn't just about the reps and sets.
It's about that personal trainer experience wrapped up in a bundle of connection, vibes and the laughs that we all love about Bootcamp.
You can expect to feel so much stronger, see visible muscle and be more aware of how your body is moving by the time our Spring Bootcamp rolls around! I’m so excited to see how we can level up over winter ladies!!!
