What does this include??
>> Initial Goal setting workshop where we dig deep and discover your actual desires, why you want them and what's been stopping you in the past.
>> Customise your current eating plan where needed with personalised Macro's.
>> One on One Personal Training Session - this must be done between 9am-11am weekdays (unless you are a member of Les Mills new Lynn, then we can do the session between 5.30am - 8.15am) If you would like to remove this aspect please get in touch and I can give you an alternative.
>> Exercise, we will together create an exercise schedule for you (that works with your schedule) so that you know what type of training you're doing and when, and also finding ways to ramp it up when it's just not working.
>> Weekly goal setting session with me via Messenger, Zoom or phone or In-Person (with the back up option of text if we can't find a time to suit us both)
Where we will debrief and prepare you for the following week with an action plan so that you feel clear about what you need to do.
>> You'll have 1 on 1 access to me via Messenger whenever you need to confess, or someone to chat to about how you're feeling and be given a boot up the bum when needed as well. ;)
