Initial Goal-Setting Workshop
- We’ll dig deep to uncover your true desires, understand why they matter to you, and identify what’s been holding you back.

Customized Nutrition Plan
- We’ll tailor your current eating plan with personalized macros to ensure you’re fueling your body correctly to meet your goals.

One-on-One Personal Training Session
- Scheduled during weekdays between 9 AM-11 AM or in person at Les Mills New Lynn between 5:30 AM-8 AM. If this doesn’t fit your schedule, contact me for alternative options.

Customized Exercise Schedule
- Together, we’ll create a workout plan that fits your lifestyle and keeps you motivated. We’ll adjust the plan as needed to ensure continued progress.

Weekly Goal-Setting Sessions
- Conducted via Messenger, Zoom, phone, or in person. Each week, we’ll review your progress, address challenges, and set clear action steps for the upcoming week.

Ongoing Support
- You’ll have direct access to me through Messenger for any questions, advice, or motivation you need. I’m here to help you stay on track, no matter what.
